MATERIAL & COLOUR
Our wooden wedding seating chart sign is sturdy and delicate. It is laser engraved and made from birch plywood. We can optionally provide cut holes at the top of your sign if you would like to hang it at your event or in your home!

18×12 fits up to 100 guests approximately
18×24 fits up to 160 guests approximately
Note that you can fit more guest names with a smaller font. The 12 and 24″” options can be either Portrait or Landscape. Both options are shown in the last mockup photo.
FONT
Your font will be as shown in the sample mockup photo unless otherwise noted. We can use almost any font available freely (i.e. through Google Fonts) to create your custom sign, so please do not hesitate to let us know if you would like a custom design!
HOW TO ORDER
1. Select the quantity.
2. Select the size
3. Provide the list of your wedding guests/tables/seating arrangement in the Etsy chat.
Note – Please ensure to double check the SPELLING of all names and ensure the list is EXACTLY as you want it to be designed. For example, if you want your list displayed in a particular order, please provide the list in that exact order (i.e. alphabetical). A digital proof will be provided before engraving and extensive changes to seating arrangements, ordering, etc. after the digital proof is provided may incur additional costs. Changes due to design of the sign (font, spelling mistakes, etc.) can be made until you are satisfied with no additional cost. We want to make sure the design is perfect, so we will iterate with you on that until you are satisfied!
SHIPPING
Our current processing time is 4-6 business days before we can ship out items. Shipping is free always, and can take up to 8 business days for delivery. If you require express or priority shipping, please select the appropriate option at checkout!
